I spent years trying to do it all: balance motherhood, marriage, family, and a career (or two) to keep up with the Joneses and move up the social ladder of life until the stress caught up with me. This podcast is dedicated to all the women who are burnt out, stressed out, and exhausted who just want to slow down and enjoy life.
